Regarding the Cancellation of Circular Economy Event:

 

We have been very excited to host you at our event this evening to discuss one of the most important topics of sustainability - Circular Economy. However, as the COVID-19 outbreak situation has evolved rapidly, and in light of the virus being classified as a pandemic by the World Health Organization, we have made the difficult decision to postpone today’s event in an effort to act responsibly and respectfully during this time.

 

This event received overwhelming interest from the community and we are energized to continue to strive toward our objective of connecting environmental professionals in the community and bring this Circular Economy event to you in the future. 

 

As such, we intend to reschedule this event for later in the year. Hopefully in fall, around the September-October timeframe. We will continue to monitor any leading guidance in favor of supporting public health, especially during large gatherings, and plan on announcing the revised date as soon as possible. 

 

Important:

 

• If you were a ticket holder, your ticket cost will be refunded to you in full within the next 5-7 business days

• If you plan on attending the rescheduled event, you will need to purchase a new ticket once the registration portal goes live in future

• The new event date and details will be announced via email and on CEP Toronto social media channels

 

There is nothing more important to us as an organization than catering to our community of speakers and participants, as well as ensuring a healthy and safe environment. We deeply appreciate and thank you for your understanding and patience during this time.
